Located in Uptown Dallas, the new Greysteel office was designed to support a more collaborative, organized, and welcoming work environment for the growing team. The project included full build‑out coordination alongside the general contractor, management of office relocation logistics, and procurement of new furnishings while thoughtfully integrating select existing pieces from the previous office. The final space balances functionality and warmth through a mix of private offices, a conference room, open bullpen workspace, and shared gathering spaces including a kitchen and break room area. The result is a refined workplace that supports both day-to-day operations and team connectivity within a modern, elevated office setting.
