An apartment complex near the University of Memphis was recently bought, and the new owners are ready to remodel.

Built in 1966, the building will be renovated with updates to the exterior, a reconfiguration of the living spaces and updates to furnishings and appliances.
Of the 22 units, 18 will be two-bedroom apartments; the other four units will be one-bedroom apartments. The renovations are expected to be finished fall 2016.
